I have compiled a list of common questions and answers in an effort to answer any questions you may have about my services, my products, or my business. If you still can’t find an answer, please let me know and I will be happy to answer any and all questions you may have!
I WANT TO COME WITH A FRIEND TO THEIR APPOINTMENT — DO YOU OFFER PACKAGE DEALS?
YES! for ANY school dance, I offer my Refer-A-Friend program. When using Refer-A-Friend, your friend who uses you as a reference gets $10 off, and you receive a $10 credit as well! This is also offered for my brides!
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
YES! All services at Makeup With Alexandria require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit counts towards your total balance due on the day of the service booked. Your date or event will not be held without a signed contract and deposit
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES MAKEUP WITH ALEXANDRIA ACCEPT?
Cash, Paypal, Venmo, and by card through my website!
DO YOU BRING ALL MAKEUP ITEMS NEEDED, OR DO I PROVIDE MY OWN?
I bring any and all makeup to every single appointment! There is no need to provide your own, but feel free to bring anything you would like me to use on you. I also encourage brides to pick up their favorite lipstick for touch ups on their wedding day!
HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING PRICING AND BOOKING MY WEDDING?
For all wedding inquires, please fill out the form under my "contact me" tab and I will get back to you within 24-48 hours! Feel free to tell me about yourself, what you're looking for in a makeup artist, and anything you feel is important to know!
DO YOU TRAVEL?
I absolutely do! Depending on location, lodging fees may apply!
WHAT TYPES OF PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
Everything from drugstore to high end! I do not exclusively use one brand of makeup, brushes, or lashes!
WHAT SIZE PARTY CAN YOU ACCOMODATE?
I can provide up to 12 services comfortably provided that I am allowed the proper amount of time! This can be all makeup, all hair, or a combination of both!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
I start booking weddings 2 years in advance, so the sooner, the better! I always highly recommend booking as soon as you have a set date for your event. I book up fairly quickly, especially for weddings, and I absolutely hate having to turn down a client I have previously spoken to about a date because they didn't book in time!
DO YOU HAVE A WEDDING DAY MINIMUM?
Yes! I require a total of 5 services in order to book a wedding. This can be all makeup, all hair, or a combination of the two. In the event that you do not have 5 services and would still like to book, there will be a $100 on-location fee
